The Work teaches that we must develop ourselves into balanced beings, working on our intellectual, emotional and physical bodies.  Below are classes at CCH that focus on opening our physical bodies.

Yoga

Enjoy a gentle yoga class in a covered, open-air garden setting. All levels are welcome to come stretch, relax and open the body. No experience is required, only a little willingness!

Breathwork

Breathwork is a very powerful process used to get in touch with your deepest feelings, emotions, and sensations. Through breathwork, you also get in touch with a deep feeling of unconditional love within yourself.

Breathwork can help you recognize and remember the state in which Grace is accepted. The combination of Centering Prayer and breathwork can help you enter in a more profound state of acceptance of that Grace and to accept God's presence and action during your sits and in your life.

In the breathwork experience, you enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness through a specific breathing pattern and the use of carefully selected music. During and after the session, you can release negative emotions and experiences that are stored within you and may be affecting your physical, emotional, or spiritual health.

NOTE: Breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a history of psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, or hypertension.
